1: Are the costumes in stock ?
Most of the costumes are in stock. But some are not ready-to-wear.They need to be processed after customers place orders.
2: If the quality of the costume is poor, can I return the costume back for a refund ?
You might as well take a look at our return policy at our site.return policy
3: If the costume does not fit, what can you do ?
If we ship the correct regular size to you, we do not accept the costume for a refund. The costume of custom-made size can not be returned for a refund either.
4: What is the material for this costume ?
The cosplay costumes are made of uniform cloth which can stretch.
5: I have some pictures of a commision. Can you make it for me ? How much does it cost ? Is the shipping free ?
Please show us some pictures of the commision at first. Then we can check whether the commision can be processed or not.
The shipping is not free. We only charge the cost of the finished costume.

Cosplay Costumes Measuring Guide
Men's Size Guide


Neck - Measure a shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay the collar flat, and measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole. The measurement in inches is your collar size. (Alternatively, measure around the base of your neck.)

Chest - With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist - Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip - Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm - Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

Height - Stand in stocking feet, with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Women's Size Guide
