Shipping Information for Custom Made Cosplay Costume

All cosplay costumes shown on cosgaget.com are processed after receiving your order. It’s up to you to choose a standard size or send us an exact measurement for your figure. We aim to offer you suits with ideal similarities to styles in original anime or video games.

Shipping time is different on diverse items. However, you can know when to place your order with this in mind: the total shipping time refers to the time for processing your costume plus the time for delivering the finished costume to you.(For out of stocks item or do customize size costume usually takes 7-10 days), You are strongly suggested to place your order at least 2-3 weeks before receiving the costume.

We offer free shipping and standard shipping. Generally speaking, free shipping usually takes 7-15 days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 days.

Return

Because all cosplay costumes are custom made returns will not be accepted, if in the case of extreme circumstances please notify our customer service order@cosgaget.com department as quickly as possible, and make sure to have photo verification of the product in question, as well as the valid order number, and customer name. We will evaluate the case and issue a Return Authorization if the case is approved for a valid return. After 7 days upon delivery of the product or 14 days after the product has shipped, whichever is shorter, it will no longer be an option to return the product.


Please note that we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with sizes caused by the buyer leaving wrong sizes in the corresponding fields, or selecting the wrong general size.

Cosplay Costumes Measuring Guide
Men's Size Guide


Neck - Measure a shirt with a collar that fits you well. Lay the collar flat, and measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole. The measurement in inches is your collar size. (Alternatively, measure around the base of your neck.)

Chest - With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist - Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip - Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm - Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

Height - Stand in stocking feet, with feet together and back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Women's Size Guide


Bust - If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
